granddaughters

the dads had the little girls up in rhinelander again, for a weekend full of giggling, kissing, running, and lots of loving;) not sure how grandpa can handle all the sweetness.....he's going to be such a sucker!! ha ha, good luck with that, mark:)

soccer time

ryder has been amazing us, once again, with his soccer skills! practice on tuesday nights and then we get to watch his team play on saturday mornings. it's been so fun, and what a great workout:) and he's rockin this bright green sweatband to keep his hair under control.....so cool!!

we all went to see quinn dance on her last day of ballet. she was so excited, and ryder even came to see his little sister! there is nothing sweeter than seeing 3-4 year olds attempt the grace of ballet, i can barely stand it!!! so sad the class is over, we will definitely be signing her up in the fall;)

may day

i use to love sneaking around with my family, delivering may baskets on the 1st. oh, the excitement, the anticipation, the giggles...such fun! it was time to show my kids how fabulous this holiday actually is.

we pretty much gave every house on our block a basket, and then did the block behind us as well (but had to drive the car and hide out in the car after hanging a basket....it was hilarious!!)

i honestly can say, that was probably the most i laughed in a very long time, almost as thrilling as sneaking out in high school:) ha ha!!

easter

yeah, so our kids get so excited when it comes to a holiday that has some sort of "surprise" associated with it (have no idea where that comes from....)so needless to say, we were up at around 530 am on easter morning! a little too early, but how can you resist all those giggles....i have no will power and sleep, well that will just have to wait (which came to visit again around 1030 am, for a little late morning nap, perfect!)

in the afternoon the sun was out, and we were outside soaking it all up! ryder is onto mastering the jump rope....what a great workout!! i catch myself walking around the house singing "school, school, dont be late, gotta sign your name on the golden gate, sign your name...." (which is the fav jump rope song right now). sooooooo fun!!!!

although everyone found time to do a little jump ropin, even uncle troy and dad, quinn just enjoyed twirling in her new easter dress. sometimes it's just more fun to twirl! god, i love her!!

spring break II

we went to a playground after the ice cream tour, to get some of that sugar out. it was so yucky out, i think we lasted about five minutes. it was too funny!!!
