the sweetest moments

i thought i would share this intimate moment with you all, since these are the most precious in our lives!
we were coming home from our friday night family bbq. quinn and i were heading into the house and jesse and ryder were heading to the park for a little more frisbee. quinn was walking down the hill and stopped and turned around and said "ryder, ryder". ryder turned around and noticed his sister walking back up the hill to him, so with a smile he started walking down to her. quinn was doing her kissy face, so we all knew what she was after, her good night kiss from her brother. ryder gave quinn her kiss and hug and then said to her, "you are just about the sweetest little girl i know, i love you quinn". jesse and i looked at each other and smiled:)

spring time

too sweet.

frisbee

we bought a new frisbee, so we had to go test it out. ryder was a natural!
as for us adults, well, the trees got in the way. so ryder would have to get the frisbee down for us. it was like 2 games in 1.
and it was so much fun.

bedtime routine

ryder is mr. mom around the house. he can practically take care of himself and quinn already (well, almost). his favorite thing, right now, is getting quinn's bedtime bottle ready. it's so darn cute!

just cruisin around the city

so we started with a stroller, then moved to a wooden bike, and now we are onto the razor scooter (which is pronounced "cooter"). he is so good on this thing, even in SF (don't worry we don't let him cruise down the hills, yet)!

tuesday with daddy

her silly smile....gosh it gets me every time!

jesse and quinn enjoy some quality time together every other tuesday, while i go to ryder's school to volunteer. jesse just started volunteering at the school as well, so we get to switch on/off. it's really fun to have that one on one time with each child, and oh so important!

genetics, you just can't escape it!

ryder looks so handsome in his new glasses, and has been getting many compliments, every where we go! it's going very well. i just hope it does the trick (which is to make his left eye stronger).

alta plaza

we just love all our parks and playgrounds in SF. one of our favorites is alta plaza, in pacific heights. the kids love playing together here, especially on the slides! ryder loves to hold quinn down the slide and quinn just loves the thrill of going down really fast (yeah, she's a little dare devil).

trying to keep up

okay, we will try this method to keep all our friends and family up to date with our little ones. there is always something new happening here, so hopefully we can keep up with it.
